Report: What exactly is Battlefield Bulletin?

Your Trusted Source for News in Conflict Zones

We here at the Battlefield Bulletin strive for the best journalism. However, ever since the Northern Iron Rule collapsed, many people in Nordberg may have gotten shocked by the contrast of different medias. This is why we wish to introduce ourselves, the Battlefield Bulletin News Channel!

Battlefield Bulletin is an international news organisation dedicated to providing unbiased, in-depth reporting from the world’s most volatile regions. Battlefield Bulletin is part of the international media conglomerate Global Insights Group, a leading provider of news and information services worldwide with a global revenue of $1.2 billion. Nordberg is a new region for BBNC and GIG, since the Northern Iron Rule didn’t favour the foreign (or local) press.

During the leadership of autocratic Northern Iron Rule, the local media in Nordberg saw lots of censorship and corruption. The CEO of BBNC, James Langford, leads the organisation with a vision of upholding the highest standards of journalism and providing a platform for underreported stories. He led BBNC to join the Free Media Movement in Nordberg in order to finally bring unbiased and uncensored news to the people of Nordberg.

With a commitment to journalistic integrity and the pursuit of truth, Battlefield Bulletin covers critical developments, humanitarian issues, and geopolitical dynamics. Our mission is to shed light on underreported stories and give a voice to those affected by conflict, ensuring that their experiences are shared with the world.

Our mission in Nordberg:

  1. Witness the event. Report the truth. Tell the story. Enlighten the people.
  2. Maintain neutral or friendly status to all involved parties. Whether civilian or soldier, we do not wish to be part of any conflict or drama. We keep clear communication channels for all parties involved.
  3. Do not endanger operational security of any fighting factions or ours. Our mission is to observe and report, not to take part in the conflict. We make our best effort to tell the story and the truth.
  4. We take our staff wellbeing seriously especially in combat situations. Any personnel who don’t report their status periodically, will be reported as missing. Immediate safety hazard report will be filed and an immediate rescue effort will be made. The reason for the missing BBNC personnel will be thoroughly investigated and reported.
  5. Build a footing where media operations can expand. Become a liked mainstream news network amongst the people of Nordberg. Nordberg is a unique and new environment for BBNC and for the Global Insights Group alike. With a hostile environment, yet devoid of real news organisations, we see it as our duty to allow free press to exist anywhere.
